Job summary

Vivent Health in Denver, CO seeks a qualified Therapist in the Behavioral Health and Wellness Clinic to deliver patient-centered psychotherapy services. You will conduct intake, assessments, create treatment plans and provide individual, couple, and family therapy under supervision.

The role emphasizes high-quality care, collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, and flexibility to participate in administrative tasks and reporting.

Qualifications

• Requires accredited Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or LMFT.
• Licensure as LCSW/LPC/LMFT in the state of service.
• Experience providing in-person, video-based and telephone-based therapy.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychotherapy including individual, couple, and family services.
• Conduct intake, assessment, treatment planning and therapy through care and discharge.
• Participate in administrative tasks to support clinic operations.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
