Job summary

Fenway Health in Boston seeks a Manager of Integrated Behavioral Health and Case Management Services. You will oversee clinical and administrative BH integration within primary care, supervise CHWs and care coordinators, and lead system-wide case-management development to address social drivers of health.

You will maintain a clinical practice, provide short-term evidence-based therapy, and ensure alignment with Ryan White funding and reporting timelines.

Qualifications

• Independent licensure as a clinician (LICSW, LMHC or LMFT).
• Minimum 7 years of clinical experience; 4+ post-licensure.
• At least 2 years of clinical and administrative supervisory experience.
• Experience with integrated BH programming preferred.
• Experience supervising CHWs, care navigators, or care coordinators preferred.
• Flexible, adaptable, and able to multitask in a team environment.
• Commitment to culturally competent care and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care one day per week (SBIRT, assessments, short-term therapy).
• Oversee administrative and clinical supervision of BH integration within primary care teams.
• Supervise CHWs/Care Navigators/Care Coordinators; manage operations and quality.
• Coordinate Ryan White reporting and HIV case management requirements.
• Lead development of organization-wide case management addressing social drivers of health.
• Develop population-health BH initiatives with benchmark goals and data analysis.
• Create and deliver integrated BH educational and training content.
• Participate in department and quality improvement activities.
• Provide training and supervision to staff with regular evaluations.
