Job summary

Fenway Health is seeking a Manager of Integrated Behavioral Health and Case Management Services to oversee the clinical and administrative supervision of BH integration specialists and CHWs, while developing an organization-wide case management program with nursing, primary care, and ACO partners.

The role maintains a clinical practice providing short-term evidence-based behavioral health therapy within primary care and supports program development in collaboration with multiple departments.

Qualifications

• Independently licensed clinician (LICSW, LMHC or LMFT).
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant clinical experience; at least 4 years post-licensure.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical and administrative supervisory experience in healthcare.
• Experience with integrated behavioral health programming preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical supervision to BH team and CHWs/Care Navigators/Care Coordinators.
• Lead organization-wide case management program addressing social drivers of health.
• Oversee Ryan White reporting and HIV case management coordination.
• Develop and implement integrated behavioral health education and training for medical teams.
