CorVel is seeking a detail-oriented coordinator to handle precertification requests, verify patient and provider data, and document service notes in CareMCsystem. You will liaise with patients, providers, and facilities, ensuring information remains accurate and up to date.

In this role, you will manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced team setting, communicating clearly and professionally across channels while meeting deadlines and maintaining composure under pressure.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• AA degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Takes calls relating to precertification requests.
• Verifies that all patient, provider and facility information entered in system is accurate and up to date.
• Enters notes and service requests in CareMCsystem.
• Communicates with stakeholders in a timely and professional manner.
• Additional duties as assigned.
