Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience with medical terminology and healthcare documentation is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in medical reports and cost projections.

Responsibilities

• Proofread and quality-review medical reports, cost projections, and client correspondence.
• Assist in Medicare-related documentation and support activities.
• Verify ICD codes and medication information for accuracy.
• Provide customer support to Medicare plans, subrogation offices, and providers.
• Review and organize medical records and supporting documentation.
