The intake coordinator handles data entry, adheres to UR timelines, and communicates clearly with clinical teams to ensure accurate, compliant processing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years of experience in healthcare.
• Fluent computer skills including MS Office and Internet applications.
• Strong reading comprehension.

Responsibilities

• Assist UR team by handling intake tasks and data entry.
• Enter clinical and intake data into the appropriate platform.
• Maintain knowledge of UR processes and timelines.
• Communicate with team and clients in a courteous, professional manner.
• Process correspondence and route documents per workflow.
• Adhere to SOPs and benefits information.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
