Job summary

Trek Bicycle is seeking an entry-level Bike Intake Technician at our WI Distribution Center. You will support the bike service workflow by receiving, cleaning, and preparing used bicycles for assessment, focusing on intake, cleaning, and basic reassembly rather than full repairs.

You should be comfortable following established processes, using basic hand tools, and staying on task in a warehouse setting. Physical work including lifting is required, with opportunities to learn and grow within

Qualifications

  • Entry-level role focused on intake, cleaning and basic reassembly, not full mechanical repair.
  • Working knowledge of bicycle parts and assembly helps.
  • Ability to follow standard processes and work independently.

Responsibilities

  • Unbox incoming used bicycles and move them through the intake process.
  • Clean bicycles to remove dirt, debris, and packaging residue.
  • Reassemble bicycles to an intake-ready state using established standards.
  • Stage and organize bikes for assessment by service teams.
  • Follow written and visual work instructions accurately.
  • Use basic problem-solving to overcome common intake and assembly issues.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
  • Meet productivity and quality expectations with minimal supervision.
