Trek Bicycle in Waterloo, WI seeks an Assembly Technician to learn bicycle assembly, packaging, and box preparation under experienced teammates.

This hands-on, fast-paced role offers training, growth opportunities, and a 6am–2pm shift, Monday–Friday, in a safety-focused, team-oriented environment with strong benefits.

Qualifications

• No prior bicycle or mechanical experience required; training provided.
• Able to stand, lift, and perform repetitive tasks during shift.
• Follow written and verbal instructions with attention to detail.
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and pre-build bicycle components to Trek quality standards.
• Box and package outbound shipments securely.
• Prepare products for retail and direct-to-consumer fulfillment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow SOPs and safety guidelines.
• Communicate issues to leads and supervisors promptly.
• Meet daily productivity and quality targets.
