Job summary

Trek Retail Corporation is seeking a dedicated Service Technician for Trek Store Pottstown. You will troubleshoot repairs and service a variety of bikes, ensuring customers leave with gear that performs reliably and smoothly.

Training is provided if you lack prior mechanic experience, and you’ll engage with customers through friendly, hospitality-focused service. Join a team that emphasizes learning, teamwork, and supporting riders.

Qualifications

• Self-motivation and a positive, team-focused mindset are essential.
• Excellent listening and communication skills are needed to help customers and teammates.
• Attention to detail and a love for tinkering with bicycles drive quality service.
• Willingness to learn bike servicing methods and new technologies is required.
• Prior mechanic experience is not required, training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot repairs and service all kinds of bikes to keep owners riding smoothly.
