The mission of this role

As an Intake Specialist, hours of work would be either 9am - 5pm or 12pm - 8pm eastern standard time, you will be responsible for supporting and assisting veterans in navigating the world of VA Disabilities Claims. You will work directly with veterans to assess their needs, strategize the most beneficial route to take for their claim, and assist them in initiating the claim‑building process. Your role will be crucial in ensuring our veterans receive the support and care they deserve.
