Job summary

True Vet Solutions is seeking a Systems Administrator to support our growing remote team across the USA. You will manage infrastructure, ensure compliance, and help optimize our collaboration tools such as Microsoft 365, Notion, Coda, and SharePoint. Strong communication and ownership are essential.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of hands-on admin experience, a IT/CS degree, and a passion for empowering veterans through efficient technology. Remote-friendly with occasional weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience administering collaboration/workflow platforms.
• Strong customer service orientation and follow-through mentality.
• Experience building business workflows, databases, automations, and dashboards.
• Experience supporting end users and troubleshooting system issues.

The mission of this role

As a Systems Administrator, you will help facilitate our growth and continue our success. True Vet Solutions is seeking a motivated, hard-working Systems Administrator to help support our infrastructure and assist in the maintenance of our organization.

What you'll own

• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and standards to maintain the organization’s integrity and accountability.
• Management of Microsoft 365 Permissions.
• Experience with Super Human Docs preferred, but not required.

Requirements

• Available Monday–Friday, core hours in a U.S. time zone.
• Occasional weekends may be required.
• Associate or bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred. Equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• 2+ years of experience administering Coda, Notion, SharePoint, or similar collaboration/workflow platforms.
• Strong customer service orientation and follow-through mentality.
• Experience managing user permissions, workspaces, and system configurations.
• Experience building business workflows, databases, automations, and dashboards.
• Experience supporting end users and troubleshooting system issues.
• Experience with Keap and Gusto would be a bonus.
