Job summary

True Vet Solutions is seeking a Systems Administrator to help scale our remote-first infrastructure for a nationwide US team. You will manage access, devices, and support tickets while coordinating with HR on onboarding and offboarding.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in a distributed workforce, strong Microsoft 365 know-how, and experience with Intune or similar tools. Scripting, HIPAA exposure, and clear communication are pluses.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting a remote or dispersed workforce.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 administration.
• Experience managing laptops remotely with Intune or similar.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.

Responsibilities

• Access management: logins and permissions in Microsoft 365 and other apps.
• Devices: procure, set up, ship, and process returns for laptops.
• Tickets: manage IT requests in the support queue.
• New hires and exits: coordinate with HR to set up and disable accounts.
• Security basics: two-factor, device encryption, access reviews.

• The mission of this role
  As a Systems Administrator, you will help facilitate our growth and continue our success. True Vet Solutions is seeking a motivated, hard-working Systems Administrator to help support our infrastructure and assist in the maintenance of our organization.
  
• What you'll own
• Access : logins and permissions in Microsoft 365, plus user access across our other apps.
• Devices : buying laptops, setting them up, shipping them out and processing returns.
• Tickets : working the IT queue in SysAid.
• New Hires and exits : coordinating with HR to set up and shut off accounts and equipment.
• Security basics : two-factor login, device encryption, regular checks on who has access to what.
  Requirements
• Available Monday-Friday, core hours in a U.S. time zone.
• 3+ years a remote or spread-out workforce.
• Thorough understanding of Microsoft 365 administration.
• Experience managing laptops remotely with Intune or a similar tool.
• Able to explain tech clearly to people who aren't technical.
  Nice to have
• Experience in a HIPAA or other regulated setting.
• Scripting experience, such as PowerShell.
• Any exposure to Keap or Superhuman Docs (Coda).
