True Vet Solutions is seeking an Intake Specialist to guide veterans through the VA Disability Claims process. You will assess needs, build a path, and support claim initiation, working directly with veterans to ensure they receive the benefits they earned.

This role emphasizes empathy, precise documentation, and collaboration with partner organizations. Typical hours are 9am-5pm or 12pm-8pm ET, with remote-first work from anywhere in the USA.

The mission of this role

As an Intake Specialist, hours of work would be either 9am - 5pm or 12pm - 8pm eastern standard time, you will be responsible for supporting and assisting veterans in navigating the world of VA Disabilities Claims. You will work directly with veterans to assess their needs, strategize the most beneficial route to take for their claim, and assist them in initiating the claim-building process. Your role will be crucial in ensuring our veterans receive the support and care they deserve.
