Eric Blank Injury Attorneys in Las Vegas, NV seeks a bilingual intake specialist fluent in English and Spanish. The ideal candidate will handle new client inquiries, sign-ups, and document collection with upbeat, team-oriented attitude and superb phone etiquette.

Responsibilities include converting inquiries, creating client files in the law management system, supporting the case management team, and occasionally assisting reception. Legal exposure and inbound intake experience preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of legal experience, preferably in personal injury law.
• Previous inbound sales call or intake experience.
• Must read, write, and speak Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

• Answer all communications from potential new clients, including after hours.
• Complete new client sign-ups and create new client cases in law management software.
• Gather and store client documents and work with the case management team.
• Serve as secondary reception and handle special assignments for paralegals.

Busy Personal Injury Law Firm seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Intake Specialist. The ideal candidate will have an upbeat personality, a positive attitude, and be a team player. Exceptional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills are a must, as you are the first point of contact for all potential new clients. Must be able to read, write, and speak Spanish.

Answer all communications from Possible New Clients, including after hours.

Complete new client sign-ups.

Create New Client cases in law management software.

Gather and store client documents.

Work with the case management team.

Secondary reception Team member.

Handle special assignments for case management and litigation paralegals.

At least 1 year of legal experience, preferably in personal injury law.

Previous inbound sales call or intake experience.

Demonstrated understanding of personal injury law.

Must speak fluent Spanish and English.

Self-motivated and supremely organized.

Compensation

$23 - $25 hourly
