Job Duck, a US-based remote opportunities platform, is seeking an intake coordinator to serve as the first contact for prospective clients and guide them through the initial intake process. You will support a professional, responsive experience from lead capture to consultation scheduling, manage inbound leads, coordinate calendars, and keep CRM records accurate.

Strong English, phone etiquette, and organization are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of client-facing experience in customer service, sales, or intake.
• Advanced English and professional telephone etiquette.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
