Job Duck LLC is seeking a personable Intake Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for potential clients. You will manage incoming leads, answer calls, and help create a professional first impression while guiding prospects toward scheduling consultations.

This full-time, remote role requires clear English communication, an American-style speaking voice, and experience with calendar management and common tools like MyCase, RingCentral, Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, OneDrive, and Adobe

Qualifications

• Clear verbal and written English communication required.
• Accent as close to an American accent as possible.
• Full-time position with a consistent Monday–Friday schedule.

Responsibilities

• Manage approximately 10 outbound follow-up calls per day.
• Handle 20–30 inbound calls per day.
• Maintain accurate client information in company systems.
• Schedule client consultations and manage intake processes.
• Provide a professional, friendly intake experience.
