Job summary

The Law Office of Bryan Fagan is seeking a Sales Representative/Ambassador to join the Intake team as one of the first contacts for prospective clients. You will evaluate leads, guide them through the initial intake, and explain the value of our legal services in a professional manner.

The role requires excellent customer service, 2+ years of sales experience in a legal intake or similar field, and proficiency with CRM systems.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience in a legal intake specialist role or similar business-to-customer sales role.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and MS Office/Google Suite.

Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume client communications via phone, email, and online channels to explain legal services.
• Maintain professionalism and high levels of customer service in all interactions.
• Conduct initial consultations to gather information on potential clients’ legal needs and qualifications.
• Schedule appointments with attorneys for qualified leads.
• Meet or exceed sales goals.
• Utilize HubSpot CRM and other tools to track leads and reporting.
