Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2+ years in intake, receptionist, or high-volume customer service.
• Experience handling high-volume calls is preferred.
• Proven data entry and familiarity with legal terminology.
• Strong verbal, written, or in-person communication skills.
• Very organized and able to prioritize tasks.
• Spanish bilingual preferred.
