Job summary

Pop-Up Talent in Los Angeles is seeking an Intake Assistant to be the first contact for individuals who have been injured. You will engage with clients by phone, email, text and in person to gather preliminary information for civil rights, class action, employment, medical malpractice, or sexual abuse cases with empathy.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in sales, customer service, or crisis counseling; prior legal experience preferred.
• Experience using Case Management software.
• Caring and empathetic to clients in crisis with ability to meet deadlines.
