Qualifications

• Licensed attorney in California with ability to assess case viability.
• Strong written and verbal communication to explain complex legal concepts.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough intake interviews to gather critical case information and assess representation viability.
• Analyze case details to provide preliminary insights into legal strength.
• Serve as initial point of contact for prospective clients with empathy and professionalism.
• Manage the intake process from first contact to case acceptance, including scheduling consultations.
• Collaborate with attorneys and staff to ensure smooth transition from intake to case handling.
• Maintain organized records of intake activities in the firm’s case management system.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients, delivering excellent service.
