Job summary

Ideal candidates will have prior law firm or legal intake exposure, excellent phone and organizational skills, and the ability to handle sensitive conversations with empathy.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a law firm, legal intake, customer service, medical office, or call center environment preferred.
• Strong phone presence and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to remain calm and compassionate during sensitive conversations.
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through.
• Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Experience with CRM or case management software is a plus.

A highly respected plaintiff-side litigation law firm on Long Island is seeking a Legal Intake Specialist to join its growing team.
