Job summary

Jobot seeks a Legal Intake Specialist on Long Island to serve as the first point of contact for potential clients, handle calls about new matters, and gather and document case information. A background in legal intake, customer service, medical offices, or call centers is preferred.

You will evaluate cases, maintain thorough notes in the firm's system, coordinate with attorneys, and ensure timely follow-ups with clients while upholding empathy and professionalism in challenging conversations.

Job Details: Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year

A highly respected plaintiff-side litigation law firm on Long Island is seeking a Legal Intake Specialist to join its growing team.

We are looking for someone with legal intake, customer service, medical office, call center, or law firm experience who enjoys helping people, thrives in a fast paced environment, and can communicate with empathy and professionalism during difficult situations.
