Responsibilities

• Screen potential cases, explain the intake process, and coordinate attorney consultations.
• Follow up with prospective clients to obtain outstanding information and documentation.
• Maintain accurate client records, intake forms, and supporting documents in the case management system.
• Communicate and coordinate with attorneys and team members to ensure timely follow-up and proper handling of potential cases.
• Maintain confidentiality and assist with additional administrative duties as needed.
