Qualificações

• 2–10 years of legal intake experience.
• Excellent communication, phone etiquette and customer service.
• Strong organizational, multitasking and follow-up abilities.
• Able to manage high-volume inquiries in a fast-paced environment.
• Compassionate, professional, dependable and detail-oriented.
• Strong computer and case management system skills.

Responsabilidades

• Handle incoming calls, website inquiries, and prospective client communications while delivering excellent customer service.
• Conduct initial personal injury client intakes, gathering and documenting essential case information.
• Screen potential cases, explain the intake process, and coordinate attorney consultations.
• Follow up with prospective clients to obtain outstanding information and documentation.
• Maintain accurate client records, intake forms, and supporting documents in the case management system.
• Communicate and coordinate with attorneys and team members to ensure timely follow-up and proper handling of potential cases.
• Maintain confidentiality and assist with additional administrative duties as needed.
