  • Client & Attorney Coordination: Schedule consultations for qualified prospects, coordinate communication between clients and attorneys, and support a smooth transition from intake to representation.
  • Research Conduct: Use web tools and resourcefulness to perform background research on defendants and cases.
  • Evidence Gathering: Request and organize supporting documentation from qualified clients and, under attorney guidance, assist with obtaining and documenting relevant witness information.
  • Intake Documentation: Complete intake records accurately, open and maintain client matters in the firm’s legal software, and ensure case information remains current and organized.
What we’re looking for:
  • Bilingual Communication: Ability to speak and write in both English and Spanish is required.
  • Education Background: Associate’s degree or comparable required; Bachelor’s preferred.
  • Intake Experience: Prior law firm intake experience is strongly preferred, though relevant intake experience from other professional service environments may also be considered.
  • Sales Aptitude: Soft sales skills to convert prospects without hard-selling tactics.
  • Research Skills: Proficiency in using online tools for conducting thorough research.
  • Team Environment: Comfort working in a fast-paced, small-team setting; willingness to take on diverse tasks.
  • Quick Thinking & Urgency: Able to think on your feet, respond quickly to new leads, exercise sound judgment in real time, and remain composed in a fast-moving environment.
  • Organization & Accuracy: Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accurate records and strong written communication.
Why you should work here:
  • Impactful Role: Directly influence case intake and the firm's focus areas, impacting profitability and success.
  • Leadership Exposure: Work closely with leadership and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic legal environment.
  • Growth Potential: Opportunity to grow within the firm over time, with potential pathways into areas such as paralegal or operations work.
  • Independent Work: Enjoy autonomy with meaningful responsibilities and the chance to shape processes and KPIs.
  • Competitive Compensation: Competitive compensation based on experience and qualifications.
  • Performance Incentive Potential: The firm is developing a performance-based incentive program tied to measurable intake and conversion outcomes.
