What You’ll Do:
- Be the first point of contact for patients and referral sources, handling calls, emails, and web inquiries with warmth and professionalism.
- Guide prospective clients through the value of Stern’s therapy services, building trust, and connecting them to the care they need.
- Convert a high volume of leads into booked evaluations, meeting and exceeding monthly goals.
- Educate patients on insurance, referrals, and the therapy process to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
- Collect and verify intake information with precision, utilizing tools such as Salesforce and Hello Note EMR.
- Track lead conversion metrics and report weekly to optimize outreach strategies.
- Collaborate with clinical and operations teams to schedule evaluations and ensure patient satisfaction.
- Proactively follow up with leads and re-engage past patients to restart their care journey.
Who You Are:
- You’re a relationship builder with 1+ years of experience in healthcare sales, patient intake, or medical office coordination.
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple leads with strong organizational skills.
- You’re empathetic, articulate, and able to connect with patients and families quickly.
- You’re goal-driven, motivated by hitting targets and making a difference.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or EMR systems is a plus; training is provided.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is highly valued to serve our diverse patient base.
