Intake Sales Specialist

What You’ll Do:
  • Be the first point of contact for patients and referral sources, handling calls, emails, and web inquiries with warmth and professionalism.
  • Guide prospective clients through the value of Stern’s therapy services, building trust, and connecting them to the care they need.
  • Convert a high volume of leads into booked evaluations, meeting and exceeding monthly goals.
  • Educate patients on insurance, referrals, and the therapy process to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
  • Collect and verify intake information with precision, utilizing tools such as Salesforce and Hello Note EMR.
  • Track lead conversion metrics and report weekly to optimize outreach strategies.
  • Collaborate with clinical and operations teams to schedule evaluations and ensure patient satisfaction.
  • Proactively follow up with leads and re-engage past patients to restart their care journey.

Who You Are:
  • You’re a relationship builder with 1+ years of experience in healthcare sales, patient intake, or medical office coordination.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple leads with strong organizational skills.
  • You’re empathetic, articulate, and able to connect with patients and families quickly.
  • You’re goal-driven, motivated by hitting targets and making a difference.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or EMR systems is a plus; training is provided.
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) is highly valued to serve our diverse patient base.
