Sales and Customer Service Representative (Lead Manager) – Real Estate Investment

Location:Remote (U.S.-based)

Type:Full-Time

Compensation:Salary based on experience + commission

Schedule:Flexible weekdays and weekends.

Role Overview

As a Customer Service Representative (Lead Manager), you will be the first point of contact for potential sellers. Your primary responsibilities include:

  • Handling inbound calls and inquiries.
  • Making up to 100 outbound calls daily to prospective leads.
  • Collecting and inputting lead information into our CRM system.
  • Qualifying leads based on predefined criteria.
  • Scheduling appointments for our acquisitions team.
  • Following up with leads to maintain engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage high volumes of inbound and outbound calls professionally.
  • Accurately complete lead intake forms and update CRM records.
  • Identify motivated sellers and assess property details.
  • Collaborate with the acquisitions team to ensure seamless handoffs.
  • Maintain detailed notes and follow-up tasks within the CRM.
  • Meet daily and weekly performance targets and KPIs.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in customer service, sales, or call center roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle high call volumes with professionalism.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Podio, REsimpli, CallRail) is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
