Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2–3 years of experience in sales, call centers or customer service preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in English; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of inbound calls and online inquiries – warm leads only.
• Gather and document essential case details in our case management system.
• Assess case eligibility with the legal team and explain options to clients.
• Provide exceptional customer service with professionalism and empathy.
• Meet or exceed individual and team performance goals.
• Maximize opportunity to generate new business.
