Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of experience in children’s behavioral health or related field.
• Demonstrated supervisory/leadership experience.
• Experience in family systems, case management, or child development.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated computer proficiency.
• Bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee assigned program operations.
• Monitor and ensure services meet community needs in a cost-effective manner.
• Assist in managing the program's financial performance and ensure service level requirements are met.
• Recruit, onboard, train and develop program employees.
• Provide performance management and feedback to program staff.
• Maintain program culture and address employee concerns with HR support.
• Ensure timely completion of paperwork including billing and attendance reporting.
• Maintain compliance with licensure, accreditation, and certification requirements, including CARF standards.
