Job summary

Unison Health in Ohio seeks a Director of OhioRISE Care Coordination to oversee teams supporting the recovery of children and families within the OhioRISE program. You will partner with schools, justice systems, service providers, and CMEs to develop and enforce compliant policies.

This senior leadership role requires a Master's in social work or counseling, LISW/LPCC licensure, and at least three years in children's behavioral health with management experience. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work or counseling required.
• LISW or LPCC licensure required.
• Minimum 3 years in children's behavioral health; 3+ years in management or supervision.

Responsibilities

• Oversee OhioRISE Care Coordination for children and families.
• Collaborate with schools, justice systems, CMEs and service providers to develop and enforce policies.
• Recruit, schedule, evaluate staff and apply disciplinary actions.
• Analyze client data to identify trends and improve service delivery.
• Maintain communication with other directors and attend relevant meetings.
• Follow Unison's policies, maintain licensure and certification, and comply with laws.
• Meet agency standards for management roles.
