Job summary

Lighthouse Youth & Family Services in Cincinnati, OH is seeking an Operations Coordinator for the OhioRISE program. You will handle data entry, maintain logs and reports, track outcome data, and support administrative tasks across the service area.

The role supports the OhioRISE Director on quality initiatives and ensures compliance with contracts and internal policies, coordinates referrals, and assists staff through training and problem solving.

Qualifications

• Maintains logs, databases, client files, and/or relevant program data.
• Tracks and organizes outcome data for assigned Service Area.
• Coordinates and manages administrative functions including compliance and billing.
• Learns, follows, and ensures compliance with contractual obligations and internal policies and procedures in providing services to customers.
• Responds to information/data/audit requests with the appropriate client or program information.
• Supports and assists Service Area Director in training.
• Manage referrals and referral processing for OhioRISE care coordination.
• Provides routine support and assistance to staff through individual and group conferences, assistance in analyzing technical problems, and in improving their processing skills.
• Reviews management reports and case records.
• Trains new employees in areas such as organizational policy, procedures, EHR systems, and organizational or governmental regulations.
