Job summary

Lighthouse Youth & Family Services in Cincinnati, OH is hiring an Operations Coordinator for the OhioRISE program. You will handle data entry, outcome tracking, and administrative tasks to support quality and compliance across providers.

You will work with the Director to improve reporting, train staff, process referrals, and maintain documentation. This role blends data skills with frontline program support in a nonprofit setting.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Demonstrated cultural awareness.
• One year of relevant experience.
• Three years’ experience in medical referral or nonprofit admin preferred.
• Ability to use databases, spreadsheets, and other software.

Responsibilities

• Maintains logs, databases, client files, and program data.
• tracks and organizes outcome data for the assigned Service Area.
• Coordinates and manages administrative functions including compliance and billing.
• Ensures compliance with contractual obligations and internal policies.
• Responds to information/data/audit requests with appropriate information.
• Supports the Service Area Director in training.
• Manages referrals and referral processing for OhioRISE care coordination.
• Assists staff through conferences and problem solving.
• Reviews management reports and case records.
• Trains new employees in policies, procedures, EHR systems, and regulations.
