Job summary

Actalent in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Certified Pharmacy Technician focused on data entry and patient information to support specialty intake operations.

You will perform data entry, initial prescription reviews, and coordinate with providers to ensure timely processing, with onsite hours Mon-Fri 10:00 AM–7:00 PM CST.

A Texas license and national certification (PTCB or NHA) plus at least 1 year of pharmacy experience are required; contract role with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1+ years of pharmacy experience (excluding trainee experience).
• Active Texas Pharmacy Technician License and Active PTCB or NHA Certification.

Responsibilities

• Data Entry for prescriptions and patient information.
• Perform initial prescription reviews.
• Communicate with providers regarding missing information, clarifications, and referral status.
• Document interactions and maintain accurate records.
• Update provider information in pharmacy systems.
