Actalent is seeking a Pharmacy Technician - Patient Care Coordinator (Intake / Reverification) for a hybrid role in Texas. You will review referrals, enter patient/provider data, and perform prescription reviews in a collaborative healthcare setting.

Qualified candidates have an active Texas Pharmacy Technician registration, PTCB certification, and at least 2 years of experience. This contract position is based in Fort Worth with a Mon-Fri 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM CST schedule and competitive hourly

Qualifications

• Requires active Texas Pharmacy Technician Registration and PTCB Certification.
• Minimum 2 years of Pharmacy Technician experience.
• Hybrid work arrangement in Texas with a Monday–Friday schedule and 10:00 AM–7:00 PM CST.

Responsibilities

• Review and process specialty pharmacy referrals.
• Enter patient and provider information into the system.
• Complete prescription reviews and data entry.
• Communicate with providers regarding missing information and referral updates.
• Track referral status and maintain accurate documentation.
