Job summary

1800lionlaw in Cleveland, OH, is seeking an Intake Paralegal to join a fast-paced personal injury team. You will answer incoming calls, screen potential clients, and coordinate with paralegals and attorneys to deliver compassionate, accurate service in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and interact with potential clients in a caring manner.
• Screen, schedule, and route inquiries; coordinate with paralegals and attorneys.
• Notify paralegals/investigators and assist with administrative duties.

About the job:

This is a fast-paced team environment that is committed to delivering excellent work and enjoying what we do. The position entails answering incoming calls and interacting with potential new clients over the phone and in person in a caring manner. This involves responding to calls efficiently and accurately, addressing concerns, notifying paralegals and investigators, providing excellent customer service, and performingother administrative duties.

Schedule:

Sunday to Thursday 1pm to 10pm (eastern time)

Qualifications:

• REQUIRED: Bilingual in English and Spanish
• 1-3+ years working in a Law firm.
• 1+ years as an Intake Paralegal (Personal Injury Law highly preferred)
• Willingness and ability to interact with clients, adjusters, and other lawyers/paralegals over the phone and in person.
• Proficient in computer and administrative skills.
• Overall, organization and attention to detail are necessary.
