Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• 1–3+ years working in a Law firm.
• 1+ years as Intake Paralegal (Personal Injury highly preferred).
• Proficient in computer and administrative tasks.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and interact with potential clients in a caring manner.
• Screen, schedule, and route inquiries; coordinate with paralegals and attorneys.
• Notify paralegals/investigators and assist with administrative duties.
• Provide excellent client service and maintain accurate records.
