Job summary

KabaFusion in Charlotte, NC seeks a seasoned Intake Manager to oversee the Intake Department and secure timely reimbursement for services. You will manage eligibility, authorizations, and payor information at the start of care, ensuring referrals and authorizations for acute and chronic therapies are processed accurately.

Lead Intake Supervisors and Representatives, monitor workflow and budget, collaborate with payer admins and Sales on contracts, and ensure compliance with ACHC and government

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, or five years of equivalent experience.
• Five years’ experience in billing and/or intake preferred.
• Three years of supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Five years of experience in home infusion industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Intake Department and ensure information needed to acquire reimbursement is obtained at start of care.
• Confirm referrals and authorizations for acute and chronic therapies are processed accurately and timely.
• Manage staff and ensure department operates within budget and maintains revenue responsibility.
