Job summary

KabaFusion in Charlotte, NC is seeking an Intake Representative to process referrals and enroll patients in services. You will handle commercial, private and government insurances for chronic therapies, primarily IVIg or SCIg, and collaborate with other departments to maintain high-quality patient care.

The role requires a high school diploma, knowledge of HCPC, ICD-10 and CPT codes, and at least 2 years of intake experience including eligibility and authorization.

About the role:

As an Intake Representative at KabaFusion, you are responsible for processing referrals and getting patients on service. This will include commercial, private and government insurances for patients receiving chronic therapies; primarily IVIg (Intravenous Immunoglobulin) or SCIg (Subcutaneous Immunoglobulin). You will work collaboratively with other departments to ensure we are providing an exceptional level of patient care with each interaction.

As an Intake Coordinator, you bring:
