Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university and four years of progressively responsible experience in a large governmental agency or similar setting, with one year at administrative/managerial level.
• Graduate education may substitute for up to three years of experience; master’s degree may substitute for two years; LCSW/LMSW may substitute for three years.
• All candidates must have a bachelor’s degree and one year at administrative/managerial level.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the central intake facility for single adult homeless populations.
• Ensure compliance with agency standards, OTDA regulations and local laws for sanitation and environmental standards.
• Coordinate bed management, facility management, and nightly census submissions to Vacancy Control Unit.
• Supervise staff coverage and oversee nightly bed checks ensuring residents' needs are met.
• Maintain logs and records of daily activities; assist with crisis intervention and staff training.
