Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in sales, business development, or intake roles.
• Experience converting inbound leads into signed clients preferred.
• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Own the client-facing intake lifecycle from first contact to representation.
• Screen and qualify prospective clients against firm criteria and hand off to legal team.
• Confidently communicate firm value, handle objections, and coach staff on scripts.
• Maintain intake metrics: response speed, contact rates, follow-ups, and signed cases.
• Develop intake scripts and checklists aligned with personal injury standards.
• Ensure CRM hygiene, source attribution, and pipeline integrity.
