Jewish Family & Children\'s Services of Southern Arizona (JFCS) is seeking a Membership Specialist to manage enrollment, verify eligibility, collect documentation and guide clients through registration for treatment programs. Responsibilities

• Conduct initial consultations to assess client needs and determine eligibility.
• Gather demographic, medical and insurance information for enrollment forms.
• Complete intake and initial demographic screening.
• Enter client data into electronic health records (EHR).
• Staff front desk functions including appointments, insurance verifications and fee collection.
• Assist with state-funded benefits applications.
• Connect clients to resources within JFCS and to external agencies as needed.
• Open, transfer and close client charts and re-engage clients when necessary.
• Collaborate with staff at all levels to ensure smooth membership operations.
