Job summary

The Department of Social and Health Services’ Developmental Disabilities Administration is hiring a Case Resource Manager for the Lynnwood Field Service Office in Region 2. This role supports hybrid telework schedules and requires travel within Washington State, including local office visits for training and collaboration.

You will complete eligibility determinations, identify services, coordinate with CDS and county entities, and maintain thorough case files, ensuring person-centered planning

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in social services or related field.
• Experience with social services for people with intellectual/developmental disabilities is preferred.
• Ability to complete assessments and develop person-centered plans.

Responsibilities

• Identify eligibility criteria and determine service needs.
• Schedule and conduct home visits with clients and families.
• Complete and revise client assessments and service plans on schedule.
• Coordinate service authorizations with relevant agencies.
• Maintain complete case files and accurate documentation.
