Job summary

Tanner seeks a qualified clinician to assess care levels for walk-ins, callers, and hospital patients, ensuring referrals to the most appropriate services. The role includes evaluating patients at other facilities per manager directions and taking on-call supervisory and public relations duties as needed.

The position requires a Master's Degree, CPR and SCIPP certifications, and strong crisis intervention, communication, and data-entry skills to support patients and families effectively.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• No prior work experience required.
• Licenses & Certifications include Drivers License, CPR, and SCIPP certification.
• Experience with crisis intervention and patient/professional safety is valued.

Responsibilities

• Assess level of care for walk-in, phone callers, and hospital patients and refer to the best service/resource.
• Assess patients in other facilities as directed by the Manager.
• Perform duties assigned by the Manager including on-call supervisory duties and public relations tasks.
• Provide crisis counseling for children, adults and families as requested.
