Qualifications

• At least one year of intake/assessment experience in crisis intervention.
• Master’s degree in counseling or related field.
• License-eligible in the relevant state.

Responsibilities

• Respond to telephone and face‑to‑face inquiries seeking mental health.
• Conduct clinical assessments and determine appropriate treatment options.
• Explain admissions and treatment process to patients and families.
• Discuss clinical issues with physicians to determine next steps.
