Qualifications

• Master's degree required.
• No prior work experience required.
• CPR certification required or in progress (Healthcare Provider CPR).
• SCIPP Verbal De-escalation certification procured within 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Assess level of care for walk-ins, phone callers, and hospital patients.
• Refer patients to services or resources that best address their needs.
• Assess patients in other facilities as directed by management.
• Takes on supervisory on-call duties and other manager-assigned responsibilities.
• Perform public relations duties as directed by manager.
• Provide crisis counseling for children, adults and families.
