Qualifications

• 1 year of relatable work experience is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office and healthcare systems are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review medical records and payer guidelines to determine eligibility and compliance.
• Communicate with patients about financial responsibility and document interactions.
• Contact patients when documentation does not meet payer requirements and provide options.
• Collaborate with referral sources, physicians, and clinical teams to obtain complete documentation.
• Maintain accurate documentation using electronic systems and enter referrals within timeframes.
