Job summary

Sand Law, PLLC in St. Paul, MN is seeking an Intake Coordinator to join the personal injury team in a fast-paced, client-focused firm.

You’ll be the main point of contact for potential new clients contacting us by phone, email, text, or website submissions, coordinating with attorneys and staff to move cases forward. You should bring excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and the ability to manage high volumes with professionalism.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills via phone, email and text.
• Strong interpersonal and time management abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.
• One year of personal injury experience is a plus, but not required.
• Sales background is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Present clear service information to potential new clients to encourage hiring Sand Law.
• Communicate professionally with potential new clients.
• Serve potential new clients and answer inbound inquiries.
• Maintain accurate, confidential records.
• Assist in preparing reports as needed.
• Assist in transitioning new clients to proper attorneys to manage the case to settlement.
