Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of work experience in a clinical, office or healthcare setting.

• Exhibits excellent critical thinking/analysis skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with electronic medical record system (Epic) & Microsoft Excel.

• Review and process referral information, determining completeness, appropriateness, and need for additional evaluations.
• Coordinate and schedule intake screenings, interviews, and consultations, ensuring smooth completion of the intake process.
