The Intake Coordinator is an exciting opportunity to support our established and amazing Home Health & Hospice team! The ideal candidate is professional, organized, home health and hospice savvy, compassionate, experienced working with a team, driven, proactive, quality focused, creative, fun (!), technologically adept, positive, and overall awesome.
