Avenues Recovery Center at Fort Wayne is seeking an Intake Coordinator for the evening shift (3:00 p.m. – 11:30 p.m.).

You will coordinate closely with the admissions call center and facility staff to facilitate smooth, timely admissions, and assist in arranging scheduling, transportation, and other details to support transitions into treatment. Collaborating with Utilization Review and Case Management teams, you will secure referrals and authorizations, handle insurance needs, and help create

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum one year experience in treatment industry preferred.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent collaborative and interpersonal skills.
• Keen judgement and acute observational skills.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate closely with admissions call center team and facility staff to facilitate smooth and timely admissions
